在車削細長絲杠時,使用了中心架,,t80螺紋絲杠,,使支承間的距離縮短了一半,可提高工件的剛性,。采用跟刀架車削細長絲杠時,縮短切削作用點和支承點之間的距離,,工件的剛性得到很大的提高,,切削作用點和支承點之間的距離約為5~10mm在車床上加工細長絲杠時,一來容易產(chǎn)生振動,,大直徑螺紋絲杠加工,,不利于切削;二來不易-零件的精度,。
解決這個難題的方法大致有兩方面:其一是在切削時---刀具的切削角度,,t160螺紋絲杠,選合理的切削用量,;其二是增設輔具,,即裝上跟刀架,用以消除振動,,以-零件的和精度,。車速也可以相應提高,進給量也可以增大,,振動小,,車出的零件彎曲度小,提高了生產(chǎn)率,同時也提高了零件的加工精度在加工細長絲杠時,,普遍存在的問題是差,、效率低。前面已經(jīng)介紹過提高剛性的方法,,絲杠,,但由于切削熱的影響,絲杠必然產(chǎn)生熱伸長,。而此時卡盤和之間的距離是固定的,,則工作軸向就沒有伸縮的余地,使絲杠產(chǎn)生彎曲變形,。
